ORBIT EAST WELCOMES NEW ESTATES SUPERVISOR
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Powling, who has stepped into the role of Estates Supervisor in Orbit East.
Peter is no stranger to housing, having had previous experience in managing staff who delivered cleaning and grounds maintenance services in private retirement schemes.
He will cover the areas between Felixstowe, Ipswich, Newmarket, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth where we have Estate Caretakers, cleaners and gardeners working on our estates. Peter will be responsible for line management of estates staff, supervising workload, monitoring standards of estate inspections, liaising with residents and continually looking at ways in which we can improve our service.
Peter informs us that he is looking forward to the challenge this role will offer him, as well as getting out and about and meeting residents. So if you happen to see Peter walking around your estate carrying out his duties don’t be afraid to pop along and say hello!
